What are the opening hours?
Sunday: 09:00–19:00, Monday: 09:00–19:00, Tuesday: 09:00–19:00, Wednesday: 09:00–19:00, Thursday: 09:00–19:00, Friday: 09:00–14:00, Saturday: Closed. Hours may change on holidays and holiday eves.
Is there parking near the store?
The store is at Aharon Katsir St 4. If you come by car, check street parking in Waze or Google Maps before you go and follow the signs. You can also order online for store pickup: your order is waiting, ready, so you are in and out quickly. Questions: 03-939-0043.
How do I order?
Choose a product, size and color, add it to the cart and check out. Sign in with your email (a 6-digit code, no password) and choose home delivery or store pickup.
How do I pay?
Card payment on the website opens soon. Until then, order by phone or in the store. In the store you can pay cash, by card or with Bit.
How much is delivery, and where do you deliver?
Home delivery is ₪30 and arrives in 3–5 business days, anywhere in Israel. Eilat and remote areas may take longer. Store pickup is free.
Are you near me?
The store is in Petah Tikva, a short ride from every part of the city and from nearby Ganei Tikva, Giv’at Shmuel, Kiryat Ono, Bnei Brak, Ramat Gan, Rosh HaAyin, Yehud-Monosson, Savyon, Elad, Or Yehuda. From anywhere else in Israel, order online with home delivery.
What sizes do you have?
Sizes on the site are European (EU) sizes for women, men, kids and toddlers. The size chart converts to UK, US and centimeters. Can’t find your size? Call us: the store often has more sizes.
How do I choose a size for my child?
Measure the foot length in cm with the heel against a wall and pick the size from the kids chart. In the shoe there should be about a thumb’s width (1–1.5 cm) in front of the longest toe. Best of all, bring the kids to the store to try shoes on.
Can I exchange or return?
Yes, according to Israeli consumer law: within 14 days of receiving the item, new, unworn and in the original box. There is no cancellation fee: you get the full amount back to your original payment method. Exchanges can be done in the store with the receipt.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes. An order that has not been prepared or shipped yet can be cancelled by you on the “My orders” page, and if it was paid, the money is refunded in full. After that, please contact the store.
Do you sell work shoes and sneakers?
Yes. Tough, comfortable work shoes, and sneakers, running and walking shoes for the whole family, at good prices.
Do you have safety shoes with a steel toe?
Yes. Work and safety shoes with and without a steel toe, for example by Scorpion and Tarantula, and models in the S3 standard: a steel toe and a steel midsole. Each model says whether it has steel. Come and try them on at the store.
Do you have shoes for chefs and kitchens?
Yes. Professional chef clogs, comfortable for long hours on your feet, and rubber boots for rain and wet work.
Do you sell laces, belts and hats?
Yes. The store has a large selection of laces, belts, hats, socks and shoe care. Some are available online too.
