Who we are

London Shoes is an independent shoe store at Aharon Katsir St 4, Petah Tikva, and is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and in our shop. This policy is written in line with the Israeli Protection of Privacy Law, 1981 and the regulations under it, including Amendment 13.

What we collect

• Orders. Your name, email, phone, delivery address and what you bought, so we can process, deliver and support your order. Card payments are handled by our secure payment processor; we never see or store your full card number.
• Fitting bookings. Your name, email, optional phone number, preferred date and time, and any notes you add about who’s coming or what you need.
• Contact messages. Your name, email, topic, optional order number and your message, so we can reply.
• Newsletter. Your email address, if you choose to subscribe. Every email has an unsubscribe link.

You don’t have to give us any information, but without details like your name, address and phone we can’t deliver an order or get back to you.

How we use it

To fulfil orders, reply to messages, and, only if you’ve subscribed, send our monthly newsletter. We may also use your order history to help with exchanges, returns or repairs you ask us about. We won’t use it for anything else without asking you first.

Where it’s stored

Our website and the information you submit through it are hosted with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which may store it on servers outside Israel. Data is encrypted in transit, and access is limited to the people on our team who need it to help you. We apply reasonable security measures, as required by the Protection of Privacy (Data Security) Regulations, 2017.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we don’t share it with advertisers. We only share what’s necessary with the services that help us run the shop, such as payment processing (Grow / Meshulam, where you type your card details), invoicing (Morning / Green Invoice, which receives your name, phone and purchase to issue a legal invoice), delivery couriers and email delivery, and only so they can do that job.

Your bag and saved items

Your shopping bag and saved items are kept in your own browser using localStorage. That information stays on your device and isn’t sent to us until you place an order; clearing your browser’s site data removes it. We also use one small cookie to remember your language choice. We don’t use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

Your rights

Under the Protection of Privacy Law, you can review the personal information we hold about you and ask us to correct or delete it. You can also ask us to stop sending you marketing at any time. Call 03-939-0043 and we’ll take care of it. We may keep order records where the law requires us to, for example for tax and accounting.

Children

We fit plenty of kids’ feet, but our website is meant for adults. We don’t knowingly collect personal information online from children without a parent’s consent.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page and highlight any significant changes here.
