We deliver all over Israel. Eilat and remote areas may take longer.

Payment

Card payment on the website opens soon, and an order goes through only once it is paid. Until then, order by phone or in the store. In the store you can pay cash, by card or with Bit.

Exchanges & returns

Items can be exchanged or returned within 14 days of receipt, according to the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (1981) and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations (2010). Items must be new, unworn and in the original box. There is no cancellation fee: you get back the full amount you paid for the item.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. To arrange an exchange or return, contact us or bring the item and receipt to the store.
