Who we are

London Shoes is an independent shoe store at Aharon Katsir St 4, Petah Tikva, Israel. We run this website ourselves, and every order placed on it is made directly with the shop. Phone: 03-939-0043.

Payment and invoices

Card payment on the website opens soon; until then, order by phone or in the store. Every payment gets a receipt or tax invoice-receipt by email. An order on the website goes through only once it is paid. All charges are in shekels.

Pricing and availability

Prices are shown in new Israeli shekels (₪) and include VAT at the current rate. Any delivery charge is shown separately at checkout before you pay. We work hard to keep prices, photos and stock accurate, but mistakes happen. If an item is priced incorrectly or turns out to be out of stock, we’ll let you know right away, and you can choose to continue or cancel for a full refund. Colors can look slightly different from screen to screen.

Orders

You must be 18 or over, or have a parent’s consent, to order on this website. Your order is an offer to buy, and it’s accepted when we send your delivery or pickup-ready confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if we suspect fraud or can’t fulfil it, and if we do, we’ll refund any payment in full. Promo codes have no cash value and can’t be applied to orders already placed.

Delivery

We deliver to addresses in Israel only. Delivery times are counted in business days (Sunday to Thursday, excluding public holidays), and Eilat and some remote areas may take longer. We’ll do our best to meet the time shown at checkout; if there’s a delay, we’ll tell you, and you can cancel for a full refund.

Cancellations, returns and exchanges

You can cancel a purchase and return unworn items within 14 days of receipt. There is no cancellation fee: you get back the full amount you paid for the items. Refunds go back to your original payment method within 14 days. The full details are on our shipping & returns page, which forms part of these terms. You can cancel with the “Cancel” button on My orders (the same way you ordered), through the contact form, or in the store. All according to the Consumer Protection Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection (Cancellation of Transaction) Regulations, 2010.

Gift cards

Gift cards are valid for 5 years from purchase, carry no fees, and can be used online and in the shop. They can’t be exchanged for cash except where the law requires, and should be treated like cash: we can’t replace a lost or stolen card unless you have proof of purchase.

Using this website

Photos, text and design on this site belong to London Shoes or our suppliers. Please don’t copy them for commercial use without asking. Don’t misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, or submit false information through our forms.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that item, and we aren’t responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the Consumer Protection Law or any other law that can’t be waived.

Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms and any purchase on this website are governed solely by the laws of the State of Israel. The competent courts in Tel Aviv–Jaffa have exclusive jurisdiction.
